Deer Info
Alright, listen up about deer on BLOOD 148B. Mule deer favor the rougher country – coulees, sagebrush. They feed early and late, bed down during the day. They can be curious, but stay smart.
Whitetail like water and cover, river bottoms, trees. They're often near fields and can be skittish. Look for their tracks, droppings, and rubs.
Time of year matters. Early season, they're spread out. Cold and snow push them together in good areas.
Hunting here is about respect – for the land and the animals. Our traditions guide us. That's why going through ABGO is the right way. We know the land and the animals. We do things properly.
Anything specific you're curious about with the deer here? Their habits at different times? How we look after them? Just ask.
